With over 15 years of experience across corporate leadership, consulting, and mission-driven organizations, he brings both a strategic and systemic lens to culture and organizational design.
Drawing from training in mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and diversity facilitation, Jo integrates inner development with structural design to help teams translate values into clear systems, shared agreements, and everyday practice.
